Maintenance Reports

We are the last eyes to view the rooms before a guest. Our maintenance report not only tracks the work we do but we also note any maintenance problems within the room (faucets, light bulbs, housekeeping issues). In some cases, we immediately notify the front desk. 

 

Trained Employees

Our associates are not only trained cleaners but they know hotels. Grooming and guest etiquette are part of our culture. We treat your guests with the same level of professionalism and courtesy as you would expect out of your associates.

 

Spot and Gum Removal Included

Fruit punch , wine and chewing gum are a hotel's nightmare. We have a 99% success rate in removal and its included in our service. We also spot clean room upholstery at no charge.

The Plan: We offer a menu of services allowing you to pick and choose based on your budget. We discuss your policies, scheduling and necessary requirements to complete the project.

In 2000, our company began as a staffing company for John Q. Hammons Hotels in Columbia, South Carolina.

 

With over 28 years of experience in the hotel cleaning industry. Our greatest asset is knowledge. We have served in both full and select service properties to include Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Hilton, Starwood, Marriott and Hyatt. Unlike most hotel cleaning companies, we learned how to clean through managing large industrial and Class A clients such as Michelin North America, Jones Lang Lasalle, Becton Dickinson, Nanya Plastics and Eli Lilly.  We then brought that experience to the hospitality industry. As a part of our service, we work with many hotel housekeeping departments showing them more productive methods as well as proper tools. We share vendors and chemical applications. Hotels, Casinos, Resorts, Food and Beverage Outlets are the core of our client base. Our model serves properties who need periodic maintenance to maintain inspection scores and guest satisfaction. We still remain family owned and operated with many of the family members active in the business.
