1. What type of carpet cleaning method do you use? We use the encapsulation method which employs low moisture eliminating the "soaking" you see with most companies. Encapsulation works, extends the life of your carpet and is the only method accepted by the US Green Building Council. For hotels, this is essential. No more waiting two days for a room to dry. No noise, long hoses or cords.
  2. How long will it take for the carpet to dry? In one hour the room is guest ready.
  3. Do you take the PTACS out to pressure wash? No we do not use high pressure as it will damage boards and coils. The process is done in room and out of sight. Your guests don't need to see dirty PTACS. The process is quiet.
  4. Can you bundle carpet, PTAC and grout cleaning? Yes, most hotels do this. The cost is generally under $25.00 per room for all three services.
  5. Where do you travel? We cover the entire US.
  6. How long will it take to clean my hotel? Generally we can complete a 100 room hotel in three days.
  7. Do I need to block rooms? Yes , we need to have readily access to all rooms. If occupied, then we ask that you notify the guest of our presence. We can usually clean between the hours of 8:30 am - 7:00 pm without disturbing your guests? While we understand long term guest rentals, we ask that you allow us to complete 90% of the hotel.
  8. Do you move furniture? No we do not.
  9. Can you remove spots? Yes, we guarantee a 90% success rate and there is no extra charge.
  10. Do you clean upholstery? Yes, we do. We spot clean your upholstery at no extra charge. Full upholstery cleaning is also available.
